Sana'a University, with broad participation from its academic and administrative staff and students, organized a solidarity and condemnation stand in the courtyard of the Faculty of Medicine, denouncing the Saudi crime that targeted the Faculty of Medicine building at Hodeidah University.
The participants in the stand expressed their strong condemnation of the blatant aggression that struck institutions of knowledge and educational and research facilities, considering that targeting academic infrastructure represents a flagrant violation of international and humanitarian laws and norms, and aims to disrupt the course of science and development in Yemen.
Sana'a University affirmed in a statement issued by it its full and absolute solidarity with Hodeidah University and its staff, and its categorical rejection of any targeting of educational and civil institutions. It also directed a message of condemnation to the entire world regarding the continued silence toward the crimes and violations that affect institutions of education and scholars.
