The tribes of Jabal Habashi District in Taiz Governorate organized an armed stand, during which they declared mobilization to confront the Saudi forces and their build-ups, and renewed their support for the Armed Forces and their authorization of Ansarallah leader Sayyid Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi to take all appropriate options to confront challenges.
The stand came to affirm the presence of the tribes and restore their role in national positions after years of their stance being absent, and to emphasize the rejection of attempts to divide the Yemeni ranks and the continuation of their support for the Armed Forces.
The statement of the stand affirmed that the movements of the Armed Forces are limited to confronting the build-ups affiliated with Saudi Arabia, and do not target the people of the southern governorates, praising the role of the free people of Taiz Governorate in clearing the areas of those build-ups.
The tribes considered that confronting hostile schemes requires a responsible stance that places Yemen's interest and sovereignty above all considerations, affirming that the people of Yemen are one body, and that defending rights and sovereignty is a shared responsibility.
They stressed that unity of ranks and unifying the stance are the way to confront any escalation, until the full rights of the Yemeni people are obtained.
